This coaching is aimed especially at job seekers and the long-term unemployed who hold an AVGS. You sharpen your profile, improve your application documents and practise interviews, free of charge for example with an AVGS from the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter. We also help you apply for the voucher.
We especially welcome people who want to return after a longer break, such as family time, caregiving or illness. Together we bring your CV up to date and rebuild your confidence, 100 % funded with an AVGS from the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter.
Would you like to change industries or reposition yourself professionally? Together we develop a clear application strategy, present your strengths convincingly and find suitable positions, free of charge for example with an AVGS from the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter.

The Jobcoaching is 100% free for you if you have an AVGS (Activation and Placement Voucher) from the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. We are AZAV-certified (Reg.-No. EPZ-25-15-T) and bill directly with the funding agency. No costs for you.
The duration depends on your individual AVGS, usually between 30 and 80 hours spread over several weeks. The exact duration is discussed in the free initial consultation.
The Jobcoaching takes place at our location in Berlin, Scharnweberstraße 23 (Friedrichshain). Some sessions may also be conducted online via video if needed, depending on your agreement.

Yes, we offer follow-up support with applications and can also provide advice during the probation period if needed, depending on the scope of your AVGS.

Yes, the job coaching supports job seekers returning to work (e.g. after parental leave, illness, or migration) as well as those changing careers or making a career change. We help you reposition your strengths and find the right next step for your career.
Per AVGS voucher, you typically receive 25 to 50 units of 45 minutes each of individual coaching, spread over 6 to 8 weeks from voucher redemption. The exact scope is determined by your caseworker on your AVGS. We offer flexible scheduling: mornings, afternoons, and if needed, evenings. At least 2 sessions per week are common. If you need more support, a follow-up AVGS can be requested.
