Yes. IHQ Akademie is accredited under the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV) (Reg.-Nr. EPZ-25-15-T); certification is carried out by the competent body EuropaNozert. This means job coaching, apprenticeship coaching and start-up coaching can be funded through an AVGS issued by the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter, and the further training courses IT administrator and Sachkunde § 34a GewO through a Bildungsgutschein (education voucher) issued by the Agentur für Arbeit (since 2025 exclusively by the Agentur für Arbeit); the social coaching runs with a Jobcenter voucher under § 16k SGB II (Gutschein des Jobcenters).

The cooperation takes place in five steps: initial contact and needs assessment, a personal consultation with the participant, clarifying the funding, individual delivery of the programme with regular feedback, and a closing phase with joint planning of future prospects. For job, apprenticeship and start-up coaching, the person applies for the AVGS themselves with their placement officer (Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter); it is a discretionary benefit (Ermessensleistung) under § 45 SGB III, and the coaching only starts once the AVGS has been approved. The Bildungsgutschein (education voucher) for IT administrator and Sachkunde § 34a GewO is issued to the person after a counselling interview at the Agentur für Arbeit; Jobcenter customers go to their Jobcenter first (it determines the need for further training). In each case the person quotes IHQ Akademie's measure number; on request we give them a written offer with all the details to take along. The social coaching runs with a Jobcenter voucher under § 16k SGB II (Gutschein des Jobcenters). You receive dedicated contact persons and transparent communication throughout.

A Bildungsgutschein (education voucher) from the Agentur für Arbeit funds the further training courses IT administrator (IT-Administrator/in, AI-supported administration, measure 962/128/2026) and Sachkunde § 34a GewO (proof of competence for the security trade, measure 962/485/26); since 1 January 2025 the Agentur für Arbeit has also issued the Bildungsgutschein to people receiving Grundsicherungsgeld (formerly Bürgergeld). An AVGS from the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter funds the coaching programmes: the application and integration coaching (Bewerbungs- & Integrationscoaching: individual job coaching 1:1 and coaching for those seeking an apprenticeship, measure 962/187/25, on site only in Berlin) and the start-up coaching (measure 962/189/25, online only). With an approved voucher these programmes are free of charge for your clients. The holistic support (social coaching) is free of charge for participants with a Jobcenter voucher under § 16k SGB II (Gutschein des Jobcenters) and does not run via a Bildungsgutschein or an AVGS.

The application and integration coaching (Bewerbungs- & Integrationscoaching: job coaching and apprenticeship coaching) has the measure number 962/187/25, the start-up coaching (Gründungscoaching) 962/189/25, the further training course IT administrator (IT-Administrator/in, AI-supported administration) 962/128/2026, the preparation for the Sachkundeprüfung under § 34a GewO 962/485/26 and the social coaching under § 16k SGB II 962/9003/26. The provider is IHQ Akademie with the AZAV Reg.-Nr. EPZ-25-15-T. The AVGS coaching programmes 962/187/25 and 962/189/25 are listed in the coaching and activation search of the Federal Employment Agency (web.arbeitsagentur.de/coachingundaktivierung).

Yes: with an AVGS the person chooses the provider themselves from among providers offering an approved measure that matches the voucher's goal and content (§ 45 (4) SGB III); if a provider is already named on the voucher, they redeem it there. The Bildungsgutschein does not name a provider either: the person chooses an approved further training course that matches the details entered on it and can find it in mein NOW; the Bildungsgutschein is valid for at most 3 months. At IHQ Akademie they name the measure number, for example 962/187/25 for the Bewerbungs- & Integrationscoaching or 962/128/2026 for the IT administrator course (IT-Administrator/in). Social coaching runs with a Jobcenter voucher under § 16k SGB II (Gutschein des Jobcenters).

Depending on the programme, IHQ Akademie's measures take place on site in Berlin-Friedrichshain or live online. On site only (Scharnweberstraße 23 and Markgrafendamm 24/Haus 16), without video sessions: the Bewerbungs- & Integrationscoaching (job and apprenticeship coaching, 962/187/25) and social coaching under § 16k SGB II (962/9003/26). Online only via live video: start-up coaching (Gründungscoaching, 962/189/25), across Germany unless the AVGS is restricted to a region. Taught live online: the further training courses IT administrator (IT-Administrator/in, 962/128/2026, 10 months of classes and 2 months of internship in a company) and Sachkunde § 34a GewO (962/485/26); participants take the Sachkundeprüfung itself on site at an IHK.

German at least at level A2 is required for the Bewerbungs- & Integrationscoaching (962/187/25), start-up coaching (962/189/25) and Sachkunde § 34a GewO (962/485/26), and German from B1 for the IT administrator course (962/128/2026). For job and apprenticeship coaching, A2 applies even when the coaching is held in Arabic, Persian, Russian or Ukrainian. Social coaching under § 16k SGB II (962/9003/26) is possible in German, Arabic, Persian, Ukrainian or English; the voucher under § 16k SGB II is issued by the Jobcenter.

Our programmes are aimed at job seekers with a need for qualification, those looking for an apprenticeship, people with a migration background, career changers (Quereinsteiger:innen) and anyone who needs to build up their skills. The content and support are tailored individually to each participant.

Teaching, coaching and counselling take place in German — clearly explained and at each participant's own pace. The exceptions are job coaching and apprenticeship coaching, which are also available in Arabic, Persian, Russian or Ukrainian, and the social coaching under § 16k SGB II, which is additionally delivered in English, Arabic, Persian (Farsi/Dari) and Ukrainian. Yes. During and after the programme you receive comprehensive documentation with transparent records, regular progress feedback and certificates of participation as required for funding.
