Yes. IHQ Akademie is accredited under the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV) (Reg.-Nr. EPZ-25-15-T); certification is carried out by the competent body EuropaNozert. This means our programmes can be funded through a Bildungsgutschein (education voucher) issued by the Agentur für Arbeit (since 2025 exclusively by the Agentur für Arbeit) and through an AVGS issued by the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter.
The cooperation takes place in five steps: initial contact and needs assessment, a personal consultation with the participant, support in applying for the Bildungsgutschein, individual delivery of the programme with regular feedback, and a closing phase with joint planning of future prospects. You receive dedicated contact persons and transparent communication throughout.
Eligible programmes include, among others, the IT Systems Administrator further training, the Sachkunde § 34a GewO (proof of competence for the security trade), the holistic support under § 16k SGB II, business and start-up coaching, individual job coaching (1:1) as well as coaching for those seeking an apprenticeship. For your clients, the programmes are free of charge with a Bildungsgutschein from the Agentur für Arbeit (since 2025 issued exclusively by the Agentur für Arbeit) or with an AVGS voucher from the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter.
Our programmes are aimed at job seekers with a need for qualification, those looking for an apprenticeship, people with a migration background, career changers (Quereinsteiger:innen) and anyone who needs to build up their skills. The content and support are tailored individually to each participant.
Teaching, coaching and counselling take place in German — clearly explained and at each participant's own pace. The one exception is the social coaching under § 16k SGB II, which is additionally delivered in English, Arabic, Persian (Farsi/Dari) and Ukrainian. This is especially helpful for the integration of people with a migration background. On this website, interested people can also find information in five languages.
Yes. During and after the programme you receive comprehensive documentation with transparent records, regular progress feedback and certificates of participation as required for funding.
