This apprenticeship coaching is for
Wherever you are right now, we accompany you personally and in your language on your way into an apprenticeship, free of charge e.g. with an AVGS.
This coaching is aimed especially at young people after school who are still unsure about their career choice. Together we clarify your strengths and interests and find the right apprenticeship. Participation is free of charge e.g. with an AVGS.
We support you in German, Arabic, Persian/Farsi, Ukrainian and English. This way you understand the German apprenticeship system, turn your experience into an application and find a training place, free of charge e.g. with an AVGS.
This coaching is also for people who want to reorient professionally or restart an apprenticeship they once broke off. We plan your fresh start with you, step by step, free of charge e.g. with an AVGS.
Starting an apprenticeship is possible even after a family phase or a longer break. We particularly welcome parents and returners and plan your training around your everyday life, free of charge e.g. with an AVGS.

Your path into an Ausbildung
In the Ausbildungscoaching we support you step by step – from career orientation through your application to a signed Ausbildungsvertrag. We advise you in German, Arabic, Persian/Farsi, Ukrainian and English, improving your chances of finding the right Ausbildung.
Find the right Ausbildung profession
Together we clarify your strengths, interests and recognised qualifications and identify Ausbildung professions that suit you – for example in retail, care, IT, mechatronics or logistics. This helps you make a well-founded decision about your path.
Create a convincing application
We build a CV and cover letter with you that convince employers, and practise applying online. On request we support you in your language – German, Arabic, Persian/Farsi, Ukrainian or English – so your strengths come across clearly.
Master interview & trial work
In realistic exercises we prepare you for interviews and trial work: typical questions, presence and practical days at the company. This way you approach training employers with more confidence and leave a good impression.
Start your Ausbildung successfully
Once the Ausbildungsvertrag is signed, we stay with you through the first weeks too: organisation, vocational school and questions about funding. This way you start well prepared and can feel at ease in your Ausbildung from day one.

Answers to the most important questions about training coaching, AVGS, and application support.
The training coaching is 100% free for you if you have an AVGS (Activation and Placement Voucher) from the Employment Agency or Jobcenter. We are AZAV-certified (Reg. no. EPZ-25-15-T) and bill the funding provider directly.
The duration depends on your individual AVGS and is usually between 30 and 80 hours, spread over several weeks. We will discuss the exact duration in a free initial meeting.
The training coaching takes place at our location in Berlin, Scharnweberstraße 23 (Friedrichshain). Some sessions can also be held online via video if needed, depending on your agreement.
Arrange a free consultation with us. We will support you with the application at the Jobcenter or Employment Agency, prepare all necessary documents, and accompany you until approval.
We offer the coaching in German, Arabic, Persian (Farsi), Ukrainian, and English. You can choose the language you feel most comfortable with, a unique strength of IHQ Akademie for Berlin.

Yes, we offer follow-up support during your training, depending on the scope of your AVGS, to accompany you also for a successful start to your apprenticeship.
Currently, our coaching is exclusively for AVGS holders. If you would like to pay privately, please contact us directly via email at info@ihq-akademie.de for an individual offer.
Yes, we actively support you in finding and applying for internships, which can serve as important door-openers to vocational training. A successfully completed internship often opens the direct path to an apprenticeship, especially for school leavers and career changers.
AVGS is a discretionary benefit of the Employment Agency or Jobcenter, you do not have an automatic legal right to it. Your caseworker decides on a case-by-case basis whether coaching makes sense for your integration needs. Practical tip: The approval chance increases significantly if you specifically argue why apprenticeship coaching is important for your career start. We support you with this argumentation in the free initial consultation. Validity period of an approved AVGS: typically 6 months.
