The Gründungscoaching guides you step by step from business idea to your own registration, whether as a Kleingewerbe, sole proprietorship, freelancer or side business. We open up perspectives and strengthen your entrepreneurial foundations, in German, Arabic, Persian/Farsi, Ukrainian and English.
A viable business plan
Together we sharpen your business idea and build a viable business plan with a clear target group and realistic figures. This way you enter talks with your bank, the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter well prepared.
Trade registration & formalities
We explain the steps to trade registration clearly, help you choose the right form (Kleingewerbe, sole proprietorship, freelance or side business) and cover taxes and the Finanzamt. Dealing with the authorities becomes far easier to follow.
Marketing & first customers
You develop a clear positioning and hands-on strategies to become visible and reach your first customers. This improves your chances of placing your offer viably on the market, worked out in your language.

The entire start-up coaching is free for you if you have an AVGS (Activation and Placement Voucher) from the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. We are AZAV-certified (Reg.-No. EPZ-25-15-T) and bill directly with the funding agency.
The coaching consists of 80 LU, individually distributed over several months. The exact schedule is discussed in the free initial consultation.
Yes, the business coaching takes place entirely online via live video. You can participate conveniently from home, anywhere in Germany, a headset and a stable internet connection are all you need.
Anyone who has a concrete business idea or wants to develop an existing business further and has an AVGS. Previous experience in self-employment is not required.

Yes. You can receive an AVGS for our business coaching even without active ALG-I or Bürgergeld benefits, the requirement is that you are registered as job-seeking with the Employment Agency and that there is an integration need. University graduates, employees who have been given notice, and those threatened by unemployment are also eligible. Important: AVGS is a discretionary benefit, your caseworker decides on a case-by-case basis.
The AVGS must mandatorily be applied for and approved BEFORE founding. Once you have registered a business or started your self-employment, you are no longer job-seeking and the AVGS entitlement expires. Ideal procedure: (1) Consultation with us → (2) Prepare AVGS application documents → (3) Appointment with caseworker at Jobcenter / Employment Agency → (4) Wait for AVGS approval → (5) only then start coaching and prepare founding. We recommend starting the AVGS process at least 4 weeks before planned founding.
