IHQ Akademie was founded in January 2025 in Berlin. The provider is IHQ Akademie, located at Scharnweberstraße 23, 10247 Berlin (Friedrichshain).
Yes. IHQ Akademie is accredited as an education provider under AZAV (§§ 179, 180 SGB III). The certifying body is EuropaNozert, Reg.-No. EPZ-25-15-T. This makes our programmes eligible for funding via Bildungsgutschein and AVGS.
We have two locations in Berlin-Friedrichshain, both offering coaching: Scharnweberstraße 23, 10247 Berlin (headquarters) and Markgrafendamm 24/Haus 16, 10245 Berlin (also on-site initial consultations). The further-education courses and the start-up coaching take place online and nationwide.
Further education (IT Administrator, Sachkunde § 34a GewO), coachings (job, training, start-up and social coaching under § 16k SGB II). In job coaching and apprenticeship coaching we support you in your search for a job or an apprenticeship; we do not place people in jobs. All programmes are delivered in German; job coaching and apprenticeship coaching are additionally offered in Arabic, Persian, Russian and Ukrainian, and the social coaching under § 16k SGB II additionally in Arabic, Persian, Ukrainian and English.
Our advising, teaching and coaching take place in German — clearly and at your own pace. Job coaching and apprenticeship coaching are also available in Arabic, Persian, Russian or Ukrainian; the social coaching under § 16k SGB II is additionally provided in Arabic, Persian (Farsi), Ukrainian and English. On this website you can find information in all five languages — a special strength for international professionals in Berlin.
The programmes are free for participants with an AVGS, a Bildungsgutschein or the Jobcenter voucher under § 16k SGB II. We bill the funding body directly; there are no out-of-pocket costs.
