Our Editorial Guidelines
The principles by which our articles are created
- Official sources: We base legal statements on official sources, in particular gesetze-im-internet.de, the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency), and the relevant Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
- Citation of sources: Articles with a legal context state the relevant sections of the law and link to the original source.
- Currency: Every article carries a publication date and an update date. When laws change, we update the affected content.
- Transparency regarding funding: Statements about costs and funding always name the requirement, for example „free of charge with a Bildungsgutschein (education voucher)“.
- No legal advice: Our articles provide general information and do not replace individual advice from the Agentur für Arbeit, the Jobcenter, or legal counsel.
