Our instructors have academic degrees and years of practical experience. All are regularly trained and certified.
Yes, IHQ Akademie is AZAV-certified per §§ 179, 180 SGB III (EuropaNozert, Reg. No. EPZ-25-15-T) and recognized for education vouchers from the Federal Employment Agency.
We have two locations in Berlin-Friedrichshain, both offering coaching: Scharnweberstraße 23, 10247 Berlin (headquarters) and Markgrafendamm 24/Haus 16, 10245 Berlin (also on-site initial consultations). Many courses are also available online.

About Further Training
Everything about programs, funding, and certifications.
It depends on the programme. The coaching programmes — job coaching, apprenticeship coaching, business start-up coaching and social coaching under § 16k SGB II — start on a rolling basis: after a short initial consultation and clarifying the funding (e.g. AVGS), you begin promptly. The training courses §34a GewO Certification and IT Administrator have fixed start dates; you will find the next dates on the respective course page. It is best to clarify your Bildungsgutschein in good time before the course starts.
Yes. IHQ Akademie's two further training courses – IT administrator (IT-Administrator/in, measure 962/128/2026) and Sachkunde § 34a GewO (measure 962/485/26) – are free of charge with a Bildungsgutschein (education voucher), which since 2025 is issued exclusively by the Agentur für Arbeit, including for Grundsicherungsgeld (formerly Bürgergeld) recipients. Job coaching, apprenticeship coaching and start-up coaching are free of charge with an approved AVGS from the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter; social coaching runs with a Jobcenter voucher under § 16k SGB II (Gutschein des Jobcenters). You receive the Bildungsgutschein after a counselling interview at the Agentur für Arbeit and apply for the AVGS yourself with your placement officer; on request we give you a written offer to take along.
Depending on the programme: the IHK § 34a GewO examination, the IT certificates LPIC-1, Cisco CCNA plus ISC2 CC or CompTIA Security+, and an IHQ Akademie provider certificate; coaching ends with a certificate of attendance. For the § 34a GewO certificate of competence you sit the examination at the IHK — a state-regulated qualification under German trade law. In the IT administrator course (measure number 962/128/2026) we prepare you for internationally valid certificates: LPIC-1 (Linux), Cisco CCNA (networking) and, in the IT security (cyber security) module, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) or CompTIA Security+. You obtain each certificate by passing its exam; the exam fee for one attempt per certification is included. You also receive our provider certificate documenting content and scope.

We start with a free initial consultation for needs analysis, then create an individual coaching plan.
Our coaching takes place in German — clearly and at your own pace. Job coaching and apprenticeship coaching are also available in Arabic, Persian, Russian or Ukrainian. The social coaching under § 16k SGB II is offered in five languages: German, Arabic, Persian, Ukrainian and English.
