About Further Training

Rolling admission — you can start at any time. After a short initial consultation and clarifying the funding (e.g. Bildungsgutschein or AVGS), you begin promptly, without waiting for a fixed course start date.
Yes. Training programs such as IT Administrator are free of charge with a Bildungsgutschein (education voucher — since 2025 issued exclusively by the Agentur für Arbeit, including for Grundsicherungsgeld (formerly Bürgergeld) recipients). Coaching is free of charge e.g. with an AVGS voucher (Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter). We help with the application.
That depends on the programme. For the § 34a GewO certificate of competence you sit the examination at the IHK — a state-regulated qualification under German trade law. In the IT administrator course we prepare you for internationally valid certificates: Cisco CCNA and Microsoft Azure AZ-900, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, LPIC-1 or AWS Cloud Practitioner; you obtain each certificate by passing its exam. You also receive our provider certificate documenting content and scope. Coaching programmes conclude with a certificate of attendance.
